Lynn Dion
Lynn DionFranchise Owner - Recruiter
Lynn Dion has been the Franchise Owner of ATC Healthcare since May of 2000. She worked in banking for over 15 years as a loan officer and customer service rep. Lynn perfected her customer service skills and brought that along with her business background to ATC. Lynn has won numerous awards with ATC but is most proud of her 2012 and 2016 President Circle Awards.

Lynn is from Summerville SC and currently lives in James Island with her husband and co-owner of ATC-Charleston. She loves spending time with her family. When Lynn is not working you can find her walking on the beach, traveling, watching football (Clemson) and boating.

William Dion
William DionFranchise Owner
William Dion was born and raised in Summerville SC. He is an alumnus of Porter Gaud and Clemson University. William moved to Texas after graduating with a BS in Civil Engineering. He worked in the Oil Industry for 8 years before moving back to Summerville. William worked for Newton Builders and Charleston Affordable Housing before buying ATC Healthcare with his wife, Lynn Dion.

William has had many hobbies that included racing bikes, diving and Dragon Boating. Most afternoons William can be found on the water in either an OC-1, OC-2 or OC-6 canoe. If he is not in a canoe then he can be found on a Dragon Boat or his powerboat. William got his great love for the water from his father.

William also enjoys grilling out and spending time with his family and friends.

Valarie Yarborough
Valarie YarboroughOffice Manager - Recruiter
Valarie Yarborough moved to beautiful Charleston in 2013 but is a North Carolinian at heart! Valarie’s professional background has been in the recruiting and healthcare industries for the past 14 years. She joined ATC Healthcare in September of 2015 where her knowledge of healthcare and recruiting helped form her role as the Office Manager-Recruiter.

Megan Gainey
Megan GaineyStaffing Coordinator
Megan Gainey moved to The Holy City to attend College of Charleston back in 1994. She loved the city so much she made it her “home”. Megan has been in the staffing industry since 2011, prior to that Megan has 12 years management experience where she was awarded numerous awards for her outstanding customer service.

Megan started her degree in early elementary education at College of Charleston and completed her degree at Johnson & Wales in Hospitality Sales and Meeting Management with a minor in Marketing.

Megan lives in Summerville with her husband and 3 children. When she is not at work she is busy with her children and their various activities. Megan loves working with the medical staff and facilities at ATC. Let Megan know when you can work and she will be sure to book your shifts!

Kara Brown
Kara BrownPayroll Coordinator
Kara is a graduate of USC Upstate in Spartanburg. She had the opportunity to move to the beloved city of Charleston as a restaurant manager about 7 years ago. Kara decided it was a good move for her family to join the team at ATC Charleston. She is currently the payroll coordinator and loves her job. She enjoys the people she works with in the office.

Kara has two beautiful little boys. When she is not at work you will find her taking family trips to the beach and spending time with her boys. She also enjoys good food and wine.

Kara enjoys constantly speaking and meeting new people. She especially loves working with our nurses. “Our nurses work really hard at several different facilities. They have high standards and give great care to their patients. ”

Cheryl Atkins
Cheryl AtkinsOn Call Coordinator
Cheryl Atkins moved to Charleston, SC in 2014 for a fresh start after her and her family had vacationed here for years and loved it! Cheryl has been in the medical industry for over 20 years. She started out as a CNA for 8 years then moved into a staffing role where she felt she could help the staff and patients alike.

Cheryl received many awards over the years for outstanding patient care and excellence in staffing. Cheryl has 2 sons and 1 Granddaughter, she loves spending time with her family and helping others.

Amanda Gilson
Amanda GilsonHuman Resources Coordinator
Amanda Gilson moved to beautiful Summerville, SC from Pennsylvania in June 2015 with her family. She brings over ten years of Customer Service experience and 3 years of accounting. She joined ATC in July 2017 as the Human Resources Coordinator. Amanda is currently in the middle of obtaining her degree for Management Human Resources to further her career in HR.

In Amanda’s free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends and especially at the beach. She enjoys shopping, going to the spa, riding their jet ski and cooking.
